A family owned vineyard in the shadow of the Bluebell Line steam railway. 

• Grapes: 100% Bacchus
• Flavours: Unique, rich, creamy and indulgent.
• Aging: 2019 –  By very lightly oaking this Bacchus, it has softened the acidities beautifully, creating a round, velvety and fuller bodied wine.
• Food Pairing: Pairs well with everything from seafood to chicken: If you like Sauv Blanc, try this as you enjoy the awesome sunsets over the Outer Hebs. Ideal as an aperitif ahead of dining at some of the best restaurants on Skye.
